Meet Our Artists . . .
Proudly supporting these artists and makers since 2019.
- Arthouse Unlimited is a charity that showcases the artistic talents of adults living with complex neurodiverse and physical support needs. Founded over 17 years ago in Godalming, Surrey, it began as art sessions in a local residential home, with the artwork finding its way onto greeting cards, tea towels and chocolate packaging. Every purchase directly sustains the charity, giving artists the income, purpose and creative freedom to thrive. When you buy an Arthouse Unlimited card from Ginger Zebra, you're supporting a community of artists who take genuine pride in seeing their work go out into the world.
- Bewilderbeest is an absurd collection of cards designed and printed in Great Britain, created by Iain Hamilton. Iain is a Suffolk-based illustrator whose work centres on the absurd while drawing on British heritage. All cards are printed on thick textured 300gsm card, sustainably sourced and FSC approved, with recycled kraft envelopes.
-
Delphine Jones is a freelance graphic designer and illustrator based in Bridport, Dorset. Her illustration specialities are food & drink and natural history, she brings to life in pen and ink with quiet precision and warmth. Her card packs are printed in Dorset using biodegradable inks on FSC Kraft card, with 100% recycled kraft envelopes. Her themed packs — covering everything from allotments to wild foraging — make brilliant gifts for anyone who likes their stationery to feel considered and rooted in the natural world.
- Elsa Rose Frere is an illustrator based in Bath, South West England, creating hand drawn illustrations that capture everyday life in meaningful designs — combining sophisticated colour palettes with playful ideas. She hand draws all her illustrations using gouache and coloured pencil before editing them into bold, considered designs. She has worked as a freelance illustrator for over 9 years, her cards have been stocked at the V&A Museum gift shop.
- Golowmor creates fine art prints from original watercolour paintings on handmade cotton rag paper. Each print is produced on high quality 300gsm gesso paper. Her work has a quiet, considered quality — the kind of art that earns its place on a wall rather than demanding attention.
- Mint & Pickle creations are by Hebe, a Devon-based creator of bright and colourful cards and prints. Her illustrations are bold, the kind of cards that stand out in a stack and make the recipient smile. Working independently from Devon, Hebe brings a cheerful, handmade quality to every design. Ginger Zebra stocks her cards because they embody exactly what independent making looks like: one person, genuine ideas, made with care.
- Poet & Painter are artists and friend duo Lucy Creed and Bryn Dineen, whose happy, untethered approach to greeting card design combines creative words and expressive artwork. They print on FSC rated board in the UK with minimal waste, are fully plastic-free. Founded in 2015, they've since sold over a million cards worldwide. Their work is witty without trying too hard — the kind of card that says something in a way nobody else thought to put it.
- Sarah Edmonds is a self-taught illustrator and designer based in Worthing, UK, whose childhood adventuring around farmyards and forests in South Wales continues to inspire her work today. Her collection of illustrated puns began in 2013 with the 'Tits' chart and has kept growing ever since — the range now includes 14 designs across cards, prints and homewares, all carefully designed and produced in the UK. Loved by bird lovers, word nerds and anyone who likes a cheeky double entendre, her cards are among Ginger Zebra's best sellers. Equal parts naturalist and mischief-maker.
